
If you have purchased an item and you cannot locate it in your inventory, please copy and paste into a notecard the complete details of the transaction along with your name.
Then drop the notecard to Xander Whelan.
To locate the complete transaction history on your account:
Visit www.secondlife.com-->Log into your account --> Select Account from the menu --> Select Transaction History from the drop down menu.--> Copy the complete details of the transaction.

Sometimes a duplicate transaction may occur, because of lag.
If you believe this has happened to you, please copy and paste into a notecard the complete details of the two transactions along with your name. The item bought must be the same.
Then drop the notecard to Xander Whelan.
